Interruption Parking Note

A short pause note preserves the working state before attention moves elsewhere. Record the last completed action, the exact next step, and the materials that need to stay together so restarting does not require reconstructing the whole task. The pack separates identify the pause, capture the state, prepare the restart, keep it together. Start with information already available, leave unknown details blank, and write a specific next action beside anything that still needs checking. Keep these pages with the relevant materials so the record can be updated rather than reconstructed from memory. The four-page PDF places each named section on its own sheet, with three writing lines beneath each prompt.
