Project Materials Staging

Prepare for a specific stage instead of laying out every material associated with a whole project. Separate inputs ready to use from items needing confirmation, and provide a clear location for unused materials after the stage is complete. Start with information already available, leave unknown details blank, and write a specific next action beside anything that still needs checking.
