Household Change Request

Turn a vague request about storage or access into a specific proposal. State what currently happens, what object or space is involved, and which small reversible change could be discussed before anyone moves the arrangement. The pack separates describe the situation, define the need, propose a small change, agree the next step. Start with information already available, leave unknown details blank, and write a specific next action beside anything that still needs checking. Keep these pages with the relevant materials so the record can be updated rather than reconstructed from memory. The four-page PDF places each named section on its own sheet, with three writing lines beneath each prompt.
