Straight-line tracing practice with geometric paths

Practice following straight dotted paths on two uncluttered pages. The first sheet introduces horizontal and vertical lines, while the second combines diagonal and zigzag paths. Shapes and directions are intentionally simple, with generous spacing between activities. These worksheets are an informal activity, not a diagnostic assessment or a claim of educational attainment.

Make it work on your printer.

Use a pencil or crayon to follow each dotted path. An adult can demonstrate one line first. Print both pages or choose one at a time.

Select the file matching the paper loaded in your printer. Choose portrait orientation and actual size (100%). If your printer clips the edge, use its fit-to-page setting and check the print preview first. Print a single page before making several copies.

For a multipage pack, select the page range you need. Page numbers appear in the lower right of every sheet.
