Follow-Up Queue

List the requests that genuinely need another response, separating a waiting item from a task you can already complete. Keep the last confirmed exchange and the next question visible without inventing a deadline that was never agreed. The pack separates identify the request, record the last exchange, define the next move, close or retain. Start with information already available, leave unknown details blank, and write a specific next action beside anything that still needs checking. Keep these pages with the relevant materials so the record can be updated rather than reconstructed from memory. The four-page PDF places each named section on its own sheet, with three writing lines beneath each prompt.
